Buying and transaction procedure:
1. Visit the site; identify the apartment of your choice.
2. Visit our office at Anniversary towers 23rd floor and obtain a letter of offer.
3. Once satisfied with terms and condition of purchase, pay the deposit of Kshs 400,000/= (four hundred thousand only). (Please note booking is by payment.)
4. The Advocates of the developers shall draw a sale agreement for signing.
5. If interested in the mortgage, apply at Eco Bank Ltd for prequalification.
6. Upon completion of construction, the final purchase price shall be expected transfer of the property and registration of ownership documents shall be done.
